This summer Maggie decided to donate her exceptionally long, thick hair to charity.  She chose Hair We Share, an organization that makes wigs for people impacted by medical hair loss.

Twelve years ago Ms. Kim gave Maggie her very first haircut, and we were thrilled she was available for this special cut as well.

Gone are the days of creating elaborate braids, but on a daily basis her new style will be much easier to maintain.  Maggie is still getting used to how light her head feels, and can’t wait for it to grow just enough to fit into a pony tail again.

I am certain this hair will end up with someone just as special as the girl who donated it!
